An XO cognac from Maxime Trijol, made using grapes solely from the Grande Champagne region. This XO is full bodied and rich with balanced sweet fruit, spices and tobacco. Soft and rounded with a rich warmth and comforting ripeness with a long and lingering finish.
The VSOP Grande Champagne is blended from a large proportion of cognacs aged between 10 and 20 years. Distilled from grapes from the Grande Champagne region, this cognac offers rich aromas of rancio, with candied peels, stone fruits and aniseed.
A quality VSOP from the Maxime Trijol house, one of the few independents still controlling and performing all aspects of production in-house. Mellow on the palate with good fruit character, hints of orange with spicy notes balanced with an oaky vanilla finish.

The 10 year old Baron de Sigognac delivers exceptional value for money. This is a beautifully crafted Bas-Armagnac, very round and full; earthy with notes of dried fruit and toffee yet showing floral, woody and spicy notes. A long well balanced finish with hints of almonds and vanilla.
